This will be an interactive, fun session that will provide participants with the latest information and ideas on the key elements to running an effective Group Exercise boxing session.
Ben will demonstrate how to keep your class or client motivated by providing a variety of exercises and many great tips for class flow. A combination of bags pads and body weight exercises will be included for you to try in this session. Come ready to sweat it out and feel the adrenaline of a well structured energising boxing session.
Ben has personal experience of running group boxing classes at Goodlife Cross Roads and with 12 years experience as a successful PT and group exercise instructor he is well placed to leave you motivated and full to the brim with new ideas and exercises for your next class or client.
