As part of Recreation SA’s ongoing commitment to members, we are hosting an inaugural Industry Breakfast and Workshop. Attendees are guaranteed to come away from the workshop with new ideas for implementation and a better understanding of what Recreation SA is doing to drive new participation your way.
Our guest speaker, Darren Roberts, from Impact Training Corporation will discuss practical tips on how to improve customer service in your workplace as well as how to engage greater community participation.

- Understand - How to create the understanding of high value and expertise to create followers
- Capture - Unique ideas to implement immediately to maximise the experiences in your facility
“To enable better community access, your recreation facilities and services should exist to enhance better health and wellbeing for your patrons. You must be able to create enough value in order for community members to choose to be a part of your facility,” explains Darren.
Darren will teach you how to be the leaders in your community at engaging and servicing your patrons.

Darren will equip you with the tools to work effectively with new customers that are drawn to you as a result of the #Recre8SA campaign as well as how to improve your service effectiveness with current customers.
